The main task of the D&E department is rendering package of design services in construction of by-product coke plants, metallurgical plants, power plants and enterprises as well as in reconstruction of existing ones.
Scientific, technical and design potential of CONCORD GROUP allows to develop optimal technological solutions and carry out full cycle of design works including:
- Development of design documentation for construction of new by-product coke plants, metallurgical plants and power enterprises as well as reconstruction, expansion and technological re-equipment of existing ones;
- Analysis of the present condition of a plant and giving recommendations for its improvement and implementation of modern technologies;
- Development of manufacturing process and designing of installations of separation, recovery, purification, treatment and recycling of chemical coking products;
- Development of automatic integrated control systems of technological process of by-product coke plants;
- Evaluation of environmental impact of facilities;
- Research and experimental design works;
- Designer’s supervision for construction of facilities of by-product plants;
- Rendering of wide range of engineering services.
New ecostandards coke quality requirements against the background of general deterioration of global coal base determine priorities of CONCORD GROUP during implementation of our projects:
